Arts & Crafts
- Original, hand-crafted work by the artist who is required to be present on the day-of the event. This category can also include apparel/accessories, temporary body art (including face tattoos and Henna), up-cycle/resale, authors, oil/creams, screen printers and other makers.
- Unacceptable: mass-manufactured items, kits, imports, mass-manufactured reproductions of your own work, foods, or recorded media of any kind. If you are a designer who has objects manufactured, or otherwise do not meet the guidelines above, please apply as a commercial vendor.
Information / Sales / Service
- Commercial sales, services, information, or activities.
- $100 discount (!) if you offer a “hands-on” activity or display such as martial arts, face painters, henna artists and/or any “other” art/craft projects including but not limited to the “non-tangible” such as palm or tarot card reading. Food (2 types)
Limited to four primary food items / new vendors may be required to provide a deposit.

- Pre-Packaged: Food or beverages served to customer in original, unopened package – including sampling, demonstration and food prepared off-site in a licensed food preparation facility.
- Prepared On-Site: Food served to customer for immediate consumption without packaging (also known as “full service” sales), either to be sold or given away.
Non-Profit & Government
Organizations that have 501 nonprofit status (or pending status). Information and/or Fundraising only, distribution and/or collection of information only – no sales of any kind. This category includes political candidates that may not have 501 status.
- If your website is a “.org” you probably qualify!
Entertainers
- Registration ends June 15th for ENTERTAINERS.
- Performers, music, bands, dancers, DJs….
- We do not typically pay for performances from recruiting “organizations”.
Parade (R.I.P.)
- The Parade was discontinued in 2019:
- It has been replaced by a moving opening ceremony with a Grand Marshal.
