Registration; 2026 seasonal events
(You can register for all three events!)
Hello. Here are some things you should know:
- Apply and pay first, we will get back to you within two weeks of your application
- Solano Avenue will NOT be closed to traffic for our seasonal events
- Events will be held on [vastly] private property; the SAA will use some public right-of-way / sidewalk
- Seasonal events are rain or shine
We can accommodate about 25 visiting vendors and 5-7 performers MAX
- Entertainers applications
- on-Solano Avenue businesses visit here
We do not provide hardware of any kind (canopies, tables, etc.)
Participation is $75 per event. You may register for as many events as you like. Select “Sponsorship Only” if you are not planning to participate as a vendor at any events. You will be refunded if you are not accepted.
2026 events:
- SPRING 4/4 Saturday 12-5 pm
- SUMMER 6/27 Saturday 2-7 pm
- WINTER 12/6 Sunday 12-5 pm
