Event Application (Vendors)

Registration; 2026 seasonal events

(You can register for all three events!)

 

Hello. Here are some things you should know:

  • Apply and pay first, we will get back to you within two weeks of your application
  • Solano Avenue will NOT be closed to traffic for our seasonal events
  • Events will be held on [vastly] private property; the SAA will use some public right-of-way / sidewalk
  • Seasonal events are rain or shine

We can accommodate about 25 visiting vendors and 5-7 performers MAX

  • Entertainers applications
  • on-Solano Avenue businesses visit here

 

We do not provide hardware of any kind (canopies, tables, etc.)

Participation is $75 per event. You may register for as many events as you like. Select “Sponsorship Only” if you are not planning to participate as a vendor at any events. You will be refunded if you are not accepted.

2026 events:

  • SPRING 4/4 Saturday 12-5 pm
  • SUMMER 6/27 Saturday 2-7 pm
  • WINTER 12/6 Sunday 12-5 pm

    Agreement

    Applicant hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless and to not bring any lawsuit, arbitration or other action, claim or proceeding (collectively “Release”) against the Solano Avenue Association and its members, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors, representatives, attorneys, brokers, insurers, lenders, officers, directors, partners, successors (collectively “Solano Avenue Association”) and assigns arising out of or relating to the SAA event / program, except for negligence or willful misconduct of the Solano Avenue Association as described above. This Release includes but is not limited to any claim, loss, expense, cost, obligation and liability that Applicant may suffer arising out of or relating to the SAA event / program whether by reason of breach of or failure of the Solano Avenue Association to perform in any manner or any part of its obligations related to the SAA event / program or by reason of any act or omission of the Solano Avenue Association, except for negligence or willful misconduct of the Solano Avenue Association as described above. This Release includes but is not limited to every type of personal injury, property damage and damage to business interests, whether caused by Solano Avenue Association or a third party, natural, animal, or human-made disaster. Applicant also acknowledges that participation at the SAA event / program is at the discretion of the Solano Avenue Association and Its Board of Directors; all event rules have been read / understood and have been distributed to all day-of-event participants within the organization (when applicable), and that incomplete registration packages will be returned without any prior communication. I also pledge to have fun at the event, eat lots of food, buy cool things, meet new and old friends – and help spread the word about our events!

    We provide compost and recycling facilities throughout the event, and will prohibit the use of non-compostable bags and throw-away foodware items by all vendors, except where necessary for health and safety or due to supply chain constraints.

    Pay by Check

    Please submit this form and then send a check for the total amount made out to "The Solano Avenue Association." Be sure to include your business name on the check. Mail your check to:
