Hello. Here are some things you should know:
- Apply and pay first, we will get back to you within two weeks of your application
- Solano Avenue will NOT be closed to traffic for our seasonal events
- Events will be held on [vastly] private property; the SAA will use some public right-of-way / sidewalk
- Seasonal events are rain or shine
We can accommodate about 25 visiting vendors and 5-10 performers MAX
- Entertainers you can apply here
- on-Solano Avenue businesses visit here
We can accommodate about 20 visiting vendors and 12 performers MAX
We do not provide hardware of any kind (canopies, tables, etc.)
Event hours: 12:00 – 5:00 pm
Registration:
- SUMMER
(Saturday – 6/15/2024) - FALL
(Saturday – 9/7/2024) - WINTER
(Sunday – 12/8/2024)
Participation is $100 per event. You may register for as many events as you like. Select “Sponsorship Only” if you are not planning to participate as a vendor at any events. Your $100.00 will be refunded if you are not accepted.
