Solano Avenue Stroll (9/14/2025)

Spaces at Solano Avenue Association events do not include hardware (canopies, etc.), unless you are an event sponsor. Spaces are 10 x 10

 

SAA Members (on-Solano Avenue businesses):

  • $100.00

 

Arts and Crafts (Makers):

  • $225.00 April-June
  • $325.00 after June 15th
  • $20.00 Review Fee for new vendors

 

Marketing (Information / sales / service):

  • $450.00* April-June
  • $565.00* after June 15th
  • * $100 rebate if you provide a qualifying activity

 

Food Vendors:

  • Fees includes Health Department permit fees
  • $590.00 Pre-Packaged Sales/Sampling
  • $960.00 Prepared On-Site

 

Non-profit and Government Agencies (.ORGs):

  • $225.00 April-June
  • $340.00 after June 15th

$618.00 Food booth, Stroll (for $200 health department permit)

There is a $100.00 late charge for transactions after June 15th.

 

  • SAA Membership is FREE your first time
  • $60.00 additional, for businesses with  6-9 staff**
  • $160.00 additional, for businesses with  10+ staff**
